Installing Ledger Live Desktop

Step 2: Install Ledger Live Desktop

Once the download is complete, follow these steps to install Ledger Live Desktop:

Setting Up Ledger Live Desktop

Step 2: Set Up or Restore Your Wallet

  • Set Up a New Device: If you’re setting up a new Ledger hardware wallet, follow the on-screen instructions to initialize the device. You’ll create a PIN code and record a 24-word recovery phrase during this process. Ensure you write down your recovery phrase and keep it in a secure location.

  • Restore an Existing Wallet: If you’re restoring an existing wallet, select the option to recover your wallet using the 24-word recovery phrase from a previous setup. Follow the prompts to restore access to your accounts.
